behalf of the funding institution. Responsible for assessment of nuclear, radiological
and radioactive waste aspects. |
| EIA for offshore wind farm |
| Client: | Navitus Bay Development Limited |
| Scope: | Independent peer review of
Environmental Statement for proposed 175 km2 offshore wind park in the English Channel with between
136 and 218 turbines to generate up to 2.2 TWh of electricity per year, including
35 km onshore cable route and National Grid connection. The review included assessments
of ground conditions and soils, onshore water environment, landscape and visual, noise,
air quality, offshore archaeology, heritage and interrelationships. |
